Ten Years At Tarpon Tale	Celebrate 10 Years at Tarpon Tale with us! - Now through October 31, 2010 - We've rolled back our pricing 10 years to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Rooms from $69! Excludes holiday periods.

Rate includes two bikes and beach equipment.

No smoking in rooms. Thank you for smoking on patios only!
All units set up for house keeping. No daily maid service available. Towels and linens are always available for exchange as needed.
Complimentary amenities with your stay include bicycles and beach equipment.
All rates based on double occupancy. 11% tax not included.
Most rooms can only hold two people. Unless prior arrangements are made, an extra person fee of $30 per person per day will be charged for parties of three or more.
25% deposit required for all reservations. Cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or travelers checks accepted. Balance due on arrival.
Check in 3:00pm, check out 10:00am. Ask about our Early Arrival Policy.
In case of cancellation, deposit is refundable only if notice is given 45 days in advance of check in. All refunds subject to $30.00 processing fee. No Refund for early check out.
No phones in rooms. Guest phones in common room & laundry room. Free local calls.
Call for reservations between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. E.T.
For reservations made 190 days prior to arrival a second 25% deposit may be due 60 days prior to check-in.

OIL POLICY: The beaches of Sanibel Island are clean and we expect them to remain clean, but if for some reason they do officially close you will receive a full refund of your deposit or unused guest time.
